Weeks-Kalamakea Wedding / Ogden Utah

Where do I even begin with this wedding. I think my face hurt from smiling so much this whole day. Matt & Ashley were married at the Ogden, Utah LDS temple and had a beautiful intimate backyard-turned pool PARTAY reception in their hometown of Syracuse, Utah.  This was by far the hottest wedding of 2017.  It was literally 105 degrees at the temple ceremony and by the time we got to the reception all the groomsmen had changed into board shorts and short sleeve shirts instead of their full suit attire.  The whole night you could tell everyone was itching to get the party started and COOL off.  Everyone contained themselves for ALMOST the whole night, but once the dance party started everyone people started getting wet.  The grooms mom was one of the first to take the plunge.  Seriously it was such a fun memorable night. I LOVE being a Utah Wedding Photographer.  What a perfect way to start an amazing life together. So happy I could capture it all.  Congrats to the Kalamakea’s!! Scroll for ALL the fun..

Big Cottonwood Canyon Engagements / Utah Wedding Photographer

You guys.. Chris is getting MARRIED. For those of you who know my brother you may have thought this day would never come, but he has given up the bachelor life for the PERFECT girl.  Stephanie is probably the least excited bride I have ever had about getting pictures done.  Being in front of the camera is definitely not her favorite thing, but whats to hate when you look AMAZING.  Seriously LOVE them and September can’t come soon enough.

Golden Hour Bridals / Utah Wedding Photographer

Matt & Ashley.  I had the honor of photographing Matt’s older brothers wedding a few years ago and I was so excited to be able to work with his family again. These two are one of the easiest couples I have photographed. They are so madly in love that I don’t even have to say anything and they are all making cute poses and just loving on each other.  I can’t wait for them to tie the knot next week. But for now lets just enjoy all this golden hour yumminess…

I about died when Cam and Mikayla got out of the car.. Cowboy..? YES PLEASE.  When Mikayla emailed me about photographing her wedding I knew she wanting a country vibe for their engagement session, but I didn’t know they were for REAL country bumpkins. I love how much this session captures just that.

Utah Engagements / Utah Wedding Photographer

I love wedding season.  I know it can be a stressful time for Utah Wedding Photographers but I LOVE getting to meet so many people and just be a part their love story.  Ryan and Brittney actually met each other in high school and dated a little bit here and there, but didn’t actually really connect until 8 years after high school. They have now been together for 3 years and will tie the knot this July. It was so fun meeting them up in park city for their engagement session.  I can’t wait to photograph their mountain wedding up at Solitude next month.

Spencer & Samantha are probably half way to Mexico honeymooning right now but their wedding day can not be overlooked.  They were married at the Mt.
